The presentation ceremony 2017 Honours awards was held in Government House on 21 October 2017.
Yao Jue, as the founder of Hong Kong String Orchestra and Yao Jue Music Academy, was rewarded as a Bronze Bauhinia Star(BBS) in art culture aspect particularly. She was appreciated due to her contribution and achievements in music education. Yao believes that the award does not belong to oneself, but also to her team. It is a great encouragement and driving force for them to nourish more talents in the future.
